[HOW] Reset SEPM password

SEPM - Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

Have you face the password forgotten issue?
Have to key in the password wrongly and account is locked?

Don't worry...
Here is some trick to helps you reset Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager's administrator account password.

IF administrator account has been locked, don't be panic.
After 15minutes, administrator account will be unlocked automatically by the SEPM.

However, if you really forget the password,
then run RESETPASS.bat


In the command prompt
go to
c:\program files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tools\resetpass 
When you'll hit enter you'll see ENGLISH



Close the command prompt. Try logging into the SEPM
Username: admin
Password: admin
