Problem is shown as below
1) Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\
2) Then u will see some folder under Zones
3) In Zones folder, you may see other folder name with pseudo-graphic number “L” that is out of numeric order.
4) You can just delete the file that is before zone number 0
5) Problem is solved.
**NOTE: Play safe, please backup your registry file before you make any action.
